   Quality Control

Nowadays when the competition of electronic products is growing increasingly fierce, quality is the key to succeed in this competitive field. The product quality not only signifies advanced technology and management of the company, but also closely related to the development of the company.

Quality control in process

Points of quality control are established after some important processes to find quality problems and make correction in time, avoiding unqualified products going to the following processes. we make accordingly inspecting standard for each quality controlling point, including inspecting aims and contents which should be followed by QC. In order to make efficient quality management, we also take following measures:

  1.  Components or other parts must be checked and noted by inspectors before entering the storehouse. Those which don’t meet the requirements of the state will be taken back and noted for record.
         
  2. Quality Control Department makes regulations about quality and work responsibility to restrain employees.
     
  3. We establish an all-round quality network in company so the quality information can be exactly fed back in time. Best workers are chosen to be the QC in production lines, but Quality Department manages it administratively to avoid any other influences on the judgment.
     
  4. Make sure the accuracy of testing and repairing equipment, such as multimeters, antistatic wristbands, soldering irons, ICT and so on. We send them to be examined at a specified time. The quality of instrument is directly related to product quality.
     
  5. To increase employees’ awareness of quality, propaganda column has been set up beside workshops. We analyses causes for quality accidents in order to prevent those problems.
     
  6. The manager of Product Department presides at a quality analysis meeting each week. The content of meeting is: concluding the quality problems occurred last week, discussing solutions and appointing person-in-charge for solving problems. Meeting is required to be short and well prepared.
     
  7. High quality depends on all the staff. We pursue the goal of 'Zero Defect’ in the production process. Though it is difficult to achieve this goal, we try to approach it. We greatly improve the product quality. The defect rate during reflowing has been controlled under 50PPM while that of wave soldering under 30PPM.
 
    Workers have to be tested by the Electrostatic Field Tester before entering the workshops.
Antistatic workbench is mainly composed of table, antistatic cushion, antistatic wristband and earthing conductor. Cushions, ground, shoes, clothes and containers are regularly tested for electrostatic protection at least once per month. All workers have to wear antistatic work clothes, gloves, shoes, caps, wristbands.
 
Antistatic connector is made of the plastic covered wire whose cross section is more than 1.5mm2, and it is yellow and green for indication.
