The definition of 6C culture:
The former three "C" are basic requirements for personal quality.
The latter three "C" are high requirements.
Competitiveness depends on cooperation and creativity. Competitiveness happens not only among workmates and its related corporations, but also within one's self. In the meantime, we can cooperate with both our competitors and colleagues to promote mutual progress. Creativity is the original power of a company. Only when we are constantly learning new thoughts and continually exploring, striving and innovating without thought of obstacles and difficulties, can our company maintain continuous development.
Our company also pays great attention to provide its staff with a good living and learning environment.
